If you find a mala you would like throughout the site you can purchase it directly by emailing DestinationOM with the MALA # otherwise you will want to use this form to design your own custom mala.

NOTE: Every field does not need input. Fill out the parts of the form that pertain to your order. We will make the order, send you a proof picture and only after you confirm the picture, we ask for payment.
